Who are Print By Post?

How do I get a bespoke estimate?

Call our Customer Services Team on 01527 510 262 who will be happy to help or alternatively email sales@printbypost.co.uk. One of our experienced estimators can help you with any bespoke estimates.

How should I supply artwork files?

We need our clients to supply print quality PDF files (300dpi or higher). You need to supply PDF as single pages with at least 3mm bleed and trim marks with this type of file. If you have any questions please call Customer Services on 01527 510 262 or alternatively email sales@printbypost.co.uk.

Can I pay by credit card over the phone?

Unfortunately we do not take payments over the phone. All payments must be made via PayPal using our online store.

I need an Express Delivery. How much extra will it cost?

Express deliveries incur an extra charge. You will need to speak to one of our Customer Services team on 01527 510 262 to see if this is possible.

How can I track my delivery?

Call our Customer Services Team on 01527 510 262 who will be happy to help or alternatively email sales@printbypost.co.uk. We can send you a link and tracking number so you can track your parcel in real time.
